Welcome to "Beyond Words", a showcase for my landscape images. I am a nature/landscape photographer living in Albany, Western Australia.

As I have grown older, my appreciation for the wilderness and the outdoors has increased and within my website I hope to share with you the beauty of the natural environment and the importance of preserving our natural habitat.

The photographs contained on the site present a variety of views each as different as the landscape itself. None of the images have captions, the reason being that, with a few exceptions, my aim is not to look for the grand vistas but to capture the subtle and often fleeting nuances of nature. In other words, I am more concerned with the moment rather than the monument.
